We call our group exercise classes – Group Fitness. They’re groups of people working out, enjoying fitness classes and getting in the best shape of their lives.

The Group Fitness classes are free with your gym membership and all exercise classes are designed to help you reach your own personal fitness goals in a fun and energising environment.

From teens, adults to the more mature adults, we have plenty of choices for every age and fitness level. We invite you to come in and try a Group Fitness class today and workout at you own pace. Our instructors will keep you motivated so you can relax and have fun.

Where to Start:

Take the uncertainty out of Getting Started. Introductory classes provide the tools for a safe, results-oriented workout.

Gentle Exercise – A low impact, gentle class suitable for the inexperienced and targeting the senior exerciser. This class is to improve your health & fitness in a safe & comfortable environment. Classes begin upstairs in circuit room.

Mind & Body

Take time out for you, slow down the pace of daily life, reduce your risk of injury, relieve stress and feel great.

Stretch/Balance -Incorporating elements of Balance, Stretch & Yoga. This is fabulous mind and body class useful for increasing flexibility, improving coordination and balance, while giving an overall sense of well-being.

Yoga – Yoga Class combines the practice of Yoga with the core control and dynamic strengthening of your abdominals. This fusion class focuses on the moving meditation of breath, awareness, core strengthening, balance and flexibility.

Yogalates– This class is a combination Yoga and Mat Pilates. This class will benefit your physical and mental health with focus on strength and flexibility.

Pilates Strength – Power Pilates is similar to regular Pilates but think longer holds, more controlled movements and variations to our traditional Pilates exercises. If you’re ready to take your Pilates flows to the next level then this is definitely the class for you!

Cardio, Cardio & More Cardio Workouts

Do your heart a favour. Increase cardiovascular health and train your body to burn fat more efficiently.

Spin – This is an indoor cycling class for developing cardiovascular capacity while taking it at your own pace. Spin is a favourite for those wanting to reduce body fat… So ride the ‘calorie killer’! This class is great for beginners to advances.

Cardio & Tone Combination Workouts

A mix of cardiovascular, and weights to train every muscle from in your body including the heart.

HIIT – High-Intensity Interval Training class that will ask you for 100% effort. This class with incorporate intense bursts of exercise with short recovery periods. This type of training keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

Boot Camp – Whether you are a beginning or just tired of the same routine, this class utilises different class formats such as hi/lo, weight training, interval training and athletic movements to burn body fat. The class is guaranteed to challenge all fitness levels.

Tabata – Tabata interval training is one of the most effective types of interval training. Through a variety of simple, yet intense cardio and weight based exercises. This class will blast the calories and provide noticeable results in a short amount of time with your 20 seconds of effort and 10 second rest format.

FCT – Functional  Circuit Training is Only 45 minutes of high intensity interval circuit training that will put your Strength, Core Stability and Cardiovascular Endurance under the brightest of spotlights. It’s a test of Strength, even more a test of willpower.

Strength & Core

Lose fat, gain muscle, boost metabolism and increase your bone density.

Body Blitz – This is a 30-45 minute class using weight bars, hand-weights and body weight exercises. One of the fastest ways to tone your body shape, burn calories and improve your strength.

Booty & Core -This class will firm up those buns and make you Work HARD. This lower body class focuses on giving you the best workout for your abs and glutes with a range of equipment and workout styles. (Bands, Steps, Weight Plates, Bars and Pilates Balls)

FIT Strength – Fitness Revolution FIT Class is a 30 minute workout designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. FIT Strength workouts use barbells, weight plates, and body weight exercise to blast all your major muscle groups. This class is guaranteed to challenge all fitness levels.
